What happens when dumped waste is reported?

Reports and complaints taken by the Neighbourhood Services Contact Centre are relayed to the street cleansing manager who arranges for the collection of the waste by a small collection unit. The reports are recorded and monitored. Any identification obtained with regard to the owner of the waste is relayed to the sections enforcement officer for investigation.
